FOUNDER/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER - EDMARY HOMES

LaShawn Kinder is principal and founder of EdMary Homes. Her career began as a sales agent of residential properties. Utilizing her agent knowledge and business acumen, LaShawn, established EdMary Homes with the initial focus on the purchase and resale of properties. Adjusting to market changes, LaShawn pivoted the company's direction to portfolio acquisitions in the South Florida market. 

LaShawn's vision is to ensure professional business practices and operational excellence are at the heart of EdMary Homes. In her role, LaShawn will continue to grow the company's portfolio, and expand the company's footprint into other markets. Growth, innovation and the search for viable and profitable opportunities will be essential to the success for EdMary Homes. LaShawn believes a vision, creating dynamic ideas, and a willingness to pivot, if necessary, will move the company into opportunities and a strong future in real estate.
